Lorna Jane has enjoyed continuous growth since our first
store opening in 1990. Today we currently have 125 stores in
Australia with 47 in Queensland. With this continued growth we
require the support of an experienced Customer Care
Coordinator to support our Customer Experience Team.

Your role objective is to deliver exceptional customer
service through all interaction points when resolving queries
and actioning feedback. To commence in this role you will be
providing care to customers surrounding their in-store and
online experiences; and moving forward you will also have
exposure to projects within the Customer Experience Team.

To be successful in this position you will have:
Previous experience in Customer Care environment

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and
written)

An ability to create solutions to complex problems

Exposure to in-store retail environments

Experience in learning and using in-house
systems

Moderate Microsoft Suite skills

A positive, calm and proactive approach to your
work
